Get whatever you want a screenshot of nicely centralised and then press "Print Screen" on your keyboard. Open up a copy of whatever graphics program you use, such as Photoshop, and paste onto a new page. You can then crop it to whatever size you want, save it as an image file such as .jpg and upload it onto your blog. That's just a very quick guide - get back to me if you want any more detail.
