How to Cloak Your Affiliate Links
We have all heard the storiesabout how people just don’t like to click through affiliate links. I don’t know if it is because they thing they will pay more or its just plain mean spirited.
Personally I have not been very diligent about cloaking affiliate links. I think I just didn’t want another step to mess with. But I found a very simple way to do the job at Barry Wells’ blog.

So I meet another Alex Jeffreys students. There’s still so many of them that I’d like to meet but as you know there’s 500 of us and it’s difficult to get to all of them. So I apologize for taking so long to get to you.
Nice post and video on link cloaking. I don’t have any stats but I’m sure just by the amount of affiliate links I get in emails that most people don’t bother cloaking their links. This is just such a huge mistake as you are losing money everyday. It’s hard enough to make money online without giving half of it away to ruthless commission thieves.
The software in the video is great for Newbies or anyone else for that matter that doesn’t know how to do it themselves. I’m a programmer so I find it faster and easier to write the code myself that way I can be more flexible as there are many ways to cloak and mask links.
I have made a huge list of topics that I want to make videos on and one of them is how to cloak and mask affiliate links. The video you saw on my blog on Giveaways is the first of many I hope to create. I don’t think I’ll be putting every video I make on my blog as I’ll be using some for my list and also to create a video product.
